 Can I install Actual Windows Menu on 2 pc's without buying another license?

Thank you for contacting us.

According to the User License “Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software for any legal purpose on as many computers as you need as long as the number of simultaneous users of the Software (real human persons) does not exceed the number of licensed users (which is equal to the number of copies purchased)."

So, if you have one license, the program can be installed and registered on unlimited number of computers if only one person at once uses the program on any of these computers.
