I've loved this app for awhile now but have recently wanted to toggle the ghost mode in Actual Transparent Window as needed, but I haven't found a way to do it?
Is there a way, or will there be a way in future versions? I'm currently using version 3.8.

No, this option is available only in the latest version of Actual Transparent Window which is 4.0 now. You can download it here: http://www.actualtools.com/files/atwsetup.exe.
