I have specified that one screensaver run across both monitors after 20 minutes; but, the screensaver doesn't run at all.

Hello Larry,
Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Tools -> Send to Tech Support)?
Best regards.

FYI...
This may be the same ScreenSave bug that Microsoft has had since Windows Vista. Randomly for no reason at all the ScreenSaver does not launch as intended. It may seem to be a AWM issue, but I have the same thing happen whether AWM is loaded or not. Microsoft has never acknowledged it, but I've been able to reproduce this both in vanilla physical and virtual machines randomly.
To fix, I always go into the ScreenSaver settings (not AWM), and choose another ScreenSaver, apply, and then switch it back and apply. Then in AWM make a small change, then change back and save.
That should fix the problem. Not sure why it does that, but I've seen this too.

UPDATE
The screensaver DOES work but only when a Windows user is logged on.

Hello Larry,
Thanks for the response.
Our software doesn't set a screensaver on the logon screen.
But we plan to realize it.
How did you set your logon screensaver?
Best regards.
