this is how my desktop looks.
I want to access the task bar so I click on it, just that the quick launch toolbar is placed there.
If I click directly on the taskbar, it will work, but I find myself so often in this situation, where no area of the taskbar is reachable, but for the quick launch

I'd like to inform you that the subject issue has been fixed. The fix is available in the Actual Window Manager new version 7.1 (as well as in the new versions of other our programs that provide the relevant functionality).
