I'm testing actual tools with several applications in last months and, for first time, I found a program that refuse to accept removal of border, title bar and resizable frame in custom rule.
The software was the last game Batman for PC. If you want to try by yourself, you can get the DEMO

I have zero interest in solving the problem in this game specifically, I'm reporting here just to know if it is possible to bypass this software behavior. Possibly more software has the same behavior/protection.
