So we've had an issue with Excel 2010 crashing when editing charts.  No one has been able to figure out the problem.  I've probably spent $600+ on service fees trying to identify the fix for the problem.

Today, I finally decided to take it upon myself to troubleshoot.  Long story short.  AWM and AMM both cause the crashing.

To reproduce:
1 - With AWM running, open an Excel 2010 file that contains a chart.
2 - Right click on the chart and click Select Data...
3 - Click the Edit button, then cancel.
4 - Click the Edit button again, BOOM, excel crashes.

Not sure if this happens in other version of Excel.  We're fully upgraded to 2010 across our business so I can't test.

If there's anything I can provide to get this bug resolved I'll do so gladly. This has to be fixed ASAP.

Thanks.

Jeremy,

I'm awfully sorry for such troubles caused by Actual Tools software. The bug has been fixed, the fix will be available in the next update.

As a workaround, you can add an exclusion with the Window Class set to NUIDialog.

Thanks Alex.  Glad to hear it will be fixed in the next release.  I'm sure there are many people trouble shooting this problem and blaming Microsoft.  I know I was.  :|
