I just installed new Opera v9.20 which has a new Speed Dial feature. When clicking on a Speed Dial thumbnail and Opera in enabled in AWM, the Speed Dial site choosing dialog is not displayed.

You can successfully have Opera enabled and Speed Dial functioning properly by excluding the Speed Dial site dialog in AWM:

Exclude - Opera Speed Dial
