Hi. I saw your website while doing a search on how to maintain window size (for Internet Explorer
version 6.0).
Since the program description indicates that it manages the size of all windows, I should assume
you also mean I.E., correct? I only want this function for a certain CRM program that I use for
my sales job.
Here's what I need -
I telecommute, working from home and use an online/web-based Microsoft CRM package
accessed through a terminal server at my job, located down in NY City). One problem that
I'm experiencing is that when I click on a contact to open it's window with call info., etc.,
the contact window opens slightly off screen, and I have to constantly resize it, whenever
I open a contact. I thought maybe this program might work, except I'm not sure if it will
because the CRM program runs from a terminal server at another location. Can you
tell me if it will still work if I use it from my home office? Or does it need to be installed
on the terminal server at my job?
Also, does your program have any spyware, Trojans, etc.??? If it does, I can't install it,
my firewall won't let it run.
Thanks,
S.P.

Thanks for your interest to our software, but I suppose it's almost useless in your case. The first reason is in the nature of Terminal Server: you must install our product on the server to get the desired effect. The second one is in the nature of Internet Explorer windows: in common case, they differ from each other by their caption, but when such window is created it has the default caption, so our program can't process it specifically. It's a known issue of Actual Tools, and we're working on it.
As for your question about spyware etc., I'd like to ensure you that our products don't have a bit of harmful code. We respect our real and potential customers and also we hate any kind of harming software with all our heart, so it's safe to download and install any our program.
If any questions remain - please, ask.
