 hi,

i have been emailing both the support and sales email addresses that are on the website for the money back guarantees request, but it has been 2 weeks and noone has actioned on the request nor acknowledging the request.

Is the money back guarantees a thing with Actual Tool?

 And yet, my refund request has been ignored.

Noone from actualtool acknowledged the request, and it has been more than 2 weeks since I raised the request.
