Hi, I have two monitors,
on one of it, I set the automatic screen blanking, which after hovering over it makes the monitor wake up
Is it possible for the monitor to wake up after clicking the mouse on the screen? and not just hitting the screen?

Unfortunately, there is no such ability. We'll consider this as a feature request.
For now, as workaround you can use the
Tight monitor boundaries feature
, which prevents the mouse pointer from occasional moving to other monitor (Configuration module > Mouse > Multiple Monitors > Tight monitor boundaries).
Best regards.
