Can Actual Multiple Monitors do this? Force an application to open on a specific monitor.
For example, if I am using my primary monitor with a full screen application and my firewall pops up asking me to allow or disallow a program access, can it be forced onto the secondary monitor, thus negating the effects of the full screen applications 'always on top' attribute, which does not allow the firewall pop up to be displayed (even when directly selected).
This is all I want with my multi display setup for Windows 7 x64. It was an easily achieved feature in XP that seems to have been lost.

Dear Shayne,
You should create the specific settings for the windows (pops up) (Configuration -> Window Settings -> Specific settings) and set the option
Move at startup to monitor exactly specified
