So, I purchased this software today and thought it was going to solve the issues I was having with fullscreen applications minimizing when using secondary monitors, but the ignore deactivation feature does not work with many of the games I tested it with (it even crashes some games when choosing to ignore deactivation on startup).
Consequently, I would like to request a full refund per the 30-day money-back guarantee. Any help would be appreciated on how to start this process.

It has been a couple of days now since I have emailed both the support and sales email and have yet to receive any reply.
If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I would rather not have to file a dispute for this purchase.
