Hello,
I would like to run AWM from USB stick.
Can I install it on an USB stick and start it on other computers as well?
Or are Registry values and DLLs written into Win dirs during installation ?
Can I (at least) enable/disable AWM so that no service is always running ?

Peter,
Initially
Actual Tools
programs are not supposed to be run from USB sticks. We are planning to support portable editions, but the feature is still not available.
Meanwhile you can do the following:
All you need is to copy the files from
Program Files/Actual Window Minimizer
and configuration files (Options.ini and WindowRules.ini) from your user's profile to the USB stick.
Note
: After the new installation the registration code should be entered only once.
Q: Can I (at least) enable/disable AWM so that no service is always running ?
A: Turn off the checkbox
Load at startup
at the
General Options property sheet
after the installation.
