 Another bug:

I have FDM (Free download manager - www.freedownloadmanager.org/ ) main window configured in AWM to be minimized to the tray at startup. This doesn't work anymore in B3...

 Max, thank you for reporting this issue!
I've checked, and it seems to happen with every window which is setup to minimize to tray/screen at startup. We'll try to fix it before the release.

As a temporarily measure, please disable the "Block premature appearance of window" option in the Startup tab of the FDM's rule - this should help.
