For some reason, windows explorer will not appear on both of my virtual desktops even though I have move to virtual desktops on startup ALL DESKTOPS selected.
Anyone else?

Dear Matt,
Please, check what rule is applied to the window? (Right-click on the window title bar and select the Actual Window Manager item. There you will see: Currently applied:"<rule name>").

After installation of 5.4 it seems that I've had to re-create identical rules for a couple programs (so far) windows explorer and AWM for one. Once I deleted the old rule, and created the new rule, everything worked again.
