I'm sorry, but I don't know what Super Key is. Are you writing about the keyboard Win key?

Today i found that when i holde Shift key and press taskbar icon can also changing the mouse position
And i can't use Mouse->Drag and Scroll->dragging/sizing feature->Win
Because everytime i drag a window the Startup screen will come up....

Are you running Windows 8.1 32 or 64-bit?
Could you send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support) and attach detailed step-by-step descriptions of how to reproduce each problem you described?
