in the new beta 4.1 beta 2, some old problems have returned:
- some windows (currently Google Chrome) have empty icons on the secondary monitor, this was OK previous beta  :(
- windows displayed with icon different than the main application icon are displayed with the wrong icon on the secondary monitor.
- start menu is displayed for no reason for short periods of time either on the main monitor or on the secondary, although additional start menu is disabled.

ha, thanks to your post I thought of disabling the start button as I was having problems with it. For the moment I have not encountered your problem and am quite happy that I did a workaround my issue.

Win 7 x64 updates to date,
2 monitors placed I on top of II,
2 independent taskbars on the right,
and using the latest beta

Hello Gentlemen.

dodudo7, could you check if these issues persist in the latest beta?

About the second issue, we're working on it.

Best regards.

Well, I gave up.
I tried the new version and none of the problems I encountered + the slowness introduced with version 4 are fixed.
Uninstalled and went back to version 3.4.2. I know that version also had some issues, but compared to the issues encountered in version 4.x, it's almost perfect (and there is no need to wait anymore for things to be fixed, since most of them were not yet broken in that version).

Sorry for the negative review, but I was disappointed by the 4.0 and higher versions.

Hello dodudo7.

The problem is these bugs are not so easy to reproduce. We can't fix it, until we're able to reproduce it systematically.

Could you tell me about the third of the list? What does mean "additional start menu is disabled"? Are you talking about the start button on the secondary monitor? How often does it happen?

Best regards.

Hi Bogdan,
The third item is the least important one, it happened once twice per day, if I'm not wrong usually when unlocking the PC or after login. The configuration I have is without a start button on the secondary monitor and the "Show the Start menu for hidden Start button" is also unchecked and disabled.
The slow appearance of taskbar icons when moving windows from monitor to monitor and especially the display of wrong icon or no icon (transparent) at all are much more annoying and confusing issues which were handled correctly in old versions.
