I know the title buttons should go away in fullscreen. This is not 100% but it happened to me with video players, VLC and GOM, mostly GOM
Win 7 x64 updates to date,
2 monitors placed I on top of II,
2 independent taskbars on the right,
and using the latest beta

Are the Config files the same as you've sent for the start button issue?
How often do you notice the problem?
Any steps to reproduce?

I've just reproduced the issue with GOM, but can't reproduce with VLC.
Do you have any notable settings for VLC?

Hello Razvan.
I'd like to inform you that the subject issue has been fixed. The fix is available in the Actual Window Manager and Actual Multiple Monitors new beta versions - 7.3 beta 2 and 4.3 beta 2.
Best regards.
