I am using Snagit 11. This new version also includes a changed video capture option. However, if I use that option, in the chosen video capture window AWM's title buttons appear as illustrated in the attached picture. These title buttons were not there before I started the video capture. It does not matter whether the video window covers only part of the desktop, or whether it includes the entire desktop. This issue occurs on both Vista Ultimate 32-bit and Vista Ultimate 64-bit, but only in AWM 7.0 beta 2, not in AWM 6.7.2.

EDIT: I was able to solve this issue by adding an exclusion to AWM with the following settings:
Wind ow class: HwndWrapper[DefaultDomain;;]
Wind ow caption: None
Program: \Snagit32.exe

However it is strange that this issue only exists in AWM 7.0 beta 2 and not AWM 6.7.2. If you cannot solve this I certainly recommend to include this exclusion as a standard exclusion in AWM, similar to the same proposal for the picture capture window of Snagit as requested here.

Hello Vasiliy,

I do not know whether the release note

Compatibility with TechSmith's Snagit is improved.
is also meant for this issue, but this error still exists in AWM 7.0 final.

Best regards.

Hello Ri

I'd like to inform you that the subject issue has been fixed. The fix is available in the Actual Window Manager new version 7.1 (as well as in the new versions of other our programs that provide the relevant functionality).

Best regards.
