Using AWM 4.2 beta 1 on WinXP Pro SP2. When I exit AWM, I usually have lots of program crashes. Just now, I exited AWM, and Firefox crashed, as did Thunderbird, and the NOD32 Control Center (my anti-virus application's interface).

Yes, I confirm the bad AWM 4.2 beta 2 behavior while unloading it. The reasons are already explained
here
. The release version will be free of this instability.

Thanks for the note, Scott. After it, I have tested the current version (which behaves like 4.2 beta 1 in most) more thoroughly and it seems I have found the possible cause of this instability. We'll do our best to fix this cause until release.
