When editing the desktop divider, I think it would be better to display the desktop divider buttons (OK, Cancel, Reset, Clear) on all monitors. If I edit the dividers say on monitor 2 I have to go back to monitor 1 to confirm or cancel any changes. Having these buttons on all monitors makes editing easier.
