I posted the suggestion to have an independent show desktop button for each taskbar,
and apparently the option is present in the app. But it does not work
Note I am using 2 substitute taskbars, maybe it wasn't applied to this scenario.

Win 7 x64 updates to date,
2 monitors placed I on top of II,
2 independent taskbars on the right,
and using the latest beta

Minimize all affects only the monitor with the mouse pointer
oh
I see now, you mean its only for Win+M, not win+D
Well, I usually go to Win+d by habit, I guess I could get used to Win M

I guess WIn+d for each monitor would be harder to accomplish
