I installed the AMM 3.4 beta 1 and I see several issues related to windows restoring on the secondary monitor:
1) Google talk windows are often opened (restored) in the background when another window (for example, google chrome) is opened on that monitor.
2) the same behavior occurs with windows media player.
In order to get to the requested windows (GTalk) the user has to minimize all other windows that cover the Gtalk chat window.
In previous version the media player did not restore and now it restores, but it is still invisible because it is located behind all other open windows.
Interestingly, right clicking the taskbar button of that window, brings the requested window in front of the other windows, but in case of gtalk it sometimes causes the taskbar button to jump to the incorrect monitor.

Hello Dodudo7,
Thanks for the post.
What OS are you running (version, x32 or x64)?
What versions of Google Talk and Windows Media Player do you use?
Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Send your configuration files to the Actual Tools technical support)?
Best regards.
