#5 is always there, it's not intermittent.
My monitor setup is this:
User added an image

Monitor 1 is on my primary graphics card, 2 and 3 are on my secondary. Monitor 3 is set as the primary display.

The invisible box only shows on monitor 1 no matter where it's positioned in relation to 2 and 3, although the box does change width. The only time the box disappears is when 1 is set as primary, or both 2 and 3 are disabled.

I honestly have no idea what is causing it
