All AWM options in the window menu of the SnagIt Editor, which is automatically installed along with SnagIt itself, are greyed out if I sel ect the window menu by right clicking on the title bar. If I right click on the taskbar icon, all AWM options are available and work. There is no problem with the main SnagIt window fr om which I take screenshots.

I happens using SnagIt 10.0.2 and AWM 7.0 beta 1 on both Vista Ultimate 32-bit and Vista Ultimate 64-bit. The issue may also exist in AWM 6.7, but I just discovered this problem while using the beta, hence I am posting here.

Hello Vasiliy,

The release notes of AWM 7.0 beta 2 state: "[*] Compatibility with SnagIT is improved."

Does this refer to the issue mentioned here? If so, this problem still occurs in the latest beta version. In this case I have only tested it on Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

Best regards.

Hello Pim,

Thanks for the message and sorry for this oversight.

The SnagIt Editor window blocks our items of the window menu.

You should contact the SnagIt support team with this question.

Best regards.
