like dialogs, VST plugin windows, even applications (for example Native Instruments Kontakt - demo download available) are resized nevertheless, when "put into tiles", even though these windows are not designed to be resized from "outside the application", resulting in a mess with window borders covering screen space which is not redrawn etc...
not-resizable windows must not be resized by "put into tiles"...

I'd rather consider resizing non-resizeable Windows a bug, preventing it is not a request?
