If you have a Google Talk Chat window open on the secondary monitor, the taskbar button appears on the primary monitor. If you minimize the chat window then its taskbar appears on the secondary monitor. (To clarify, I am not talking about the Google chat built into Gmail. Also, the Google Talk application itself works fine; it's only the chat windows that have this problem.)
