Title buttons (AWM buttons only) in many apps are displayed correctly then quickly move down to the bottom of the title area. Further, if you click (occurs only on the release of the left-click-up event) in the title area for a monument it is corrected then displayed at the bottom again. (see image)
Doesn't work in (examples): PDF-XChange Viewer, Office 2010 suite
Works in (examples): Actual Window Manager, XYplorer.exe
UPDATE
Solved: Incompatibility with Shove-it! (Phord Software) shove-it.exe
