i have created a few rules with some rule will make window transparent, but non of the rule with transparent is enabled
double click on an image, the windows xp built-in image viewer is opened. so far so good, but as soon as i press keyboard "down" for next image, the image viewer become transparent. i then close the image viewer, re-do it, not reproduce-able, seems only happen at the first time i resume from an hibernate, or system start up, but not sure

We've just checked this, and it seems that not only "down" behaves this way. "Up" and "right" also changed their meaning.
Thank you for reporting this! We'll try to fix this issue.

i just found a way to reproduce it stable
move your images to desktop
1. right desktop -> create -> create a txt
2. right click the txt file and press D to delete it. (shift+D is not tested). press Y to confirm the dialog
3. now you can reproduce the transparent issue by viewing images in your desktop and press "next" button/key
4. goto 1
with step 1&2 creating/deleting the file, i'm sure step 3 can be reproduced every time you want
