The Description text box appears to sit too low in the AWM window. Should there be a small gray margin at the bottom of the window?

Hi Greg!
Actually, the margin was there right from the beginning. But then I had observed the overall look of the panel and decided that the status bar provides enough margin from window's border, so that I had removed the margin in the panel itself. Do you suppose that I should bring it back?

Hi Alex,
Yes, I think you should bring the bottom margin back. It should be the same width as you use for the left and right of the text box.

Hi Greg,
It seems that you are the single user of that
Description
field
- I have not seen requests on this subject from any other testers/customers...

Hmmmm.
All I can say is that they don't know what they are missing, or they have other ways of documenting goals and changes when they are experimenting.
On a more serious note, documenting goals and changes is not so important for day to day adjustments but for year to year when hardware and operating systems may change. The list of selected options is great but may not immediately explain the goal 12-24 months in the future.
Thanks for maintaining the 'Greg' feature.

It's no problem, Greg. Due to our internal auto-arrangment technology, changing the layout of a certain UI page is rather quick (in the discussed case it's a one-second task) so that maintaining "your" feature is easy. See the returned margin in the upcoming
beta 3
.
