Suggestion:
Detect if multiple monitors are being used. If not, disable the tab / functionality / any memory used by the Multiple Monitors part of the program.
You could even set up a check, every two / three seconds, to check the System.Windows.Forms.Screen class to determine if multiple monitors are in use.
I'd imagine this would lower the memory usage of the program, at a low cost of system resources at the interval you chose.
Just a minor suggestion.
