Hello Chris

What is the parameters of the exclusion that you use for Adobe Reader? Try to exclude it completely leaving only matching to the Program criterion Program: AcroRd32.exe

Does the problem disappears when you stop AWM (AWM tray icon context menu > Stop) or you need to close AWM completely?

What anti-virus software are you running?

Best regards.

Hello Chris

Could you try to disable the autorun option for Logitech SetPoint (msconfig > autorun > SetPoint), restart your PC and check whether it helpes?

Best regards.

Hi.

I have been excluding Adobe Reader by only matching on AcroRd32.exe.

The problem does not disappear when I stop AWM or close AWM. I have to go into Control Centre Options and uncheck 'Load at startup' and then reboot.

I am running Norton Internet Security 2013 v.20.3.0.36.

Disabling autorun of SetPoint did not have any effect either.

When I installed AWM 7.5 this morning, after setup had complete all of the PDF's I'd been trying to open appeared on screen.

Hi

Sorry, I believe you may have misunderstood my previous post; the problem still exists with AWM 7.5.

I meant that after running the installer for AWM 7.5 that all previous PDF's that I'd attempted to open suddenly appeared, probably due to services being stopped and restarted etc.

However, following a reboot PDF's still won't open with AWM 7.5.

Hi.

I have found a work around to the Acrobat Reader 11 issue; if I disable 'Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager' on Startup in MSCONFIG then I have no issues opening PDF's with AWM 7.5.1 running.
