When "Replace Primary Taskbar" & Individual Mode are selected, the taskbar on the secondary monitor covers up the bottom portion of the active application. (I'm running Windows 7 64-bit)

Hello Larry
Are you running the latest beta? What is the product?
Describe the problem more detailed. Does it happen with maximized windows?
What programs have you noticed the problem with?
Does it happen with active windows only?
Best regards.

I'm running Actual Multiple Windows 5.1beta1
I've attached a screenshot of the Taskbar with Replace Primary Taskbar unchecked. As expected, I am unable to drag the app (ContactEase) below the top of the Taskbar.
In the next post I attached a screenshot of the Taskbar with the Replace Primary Taskbar checked. This shows that the app has been dragged below the top of the Taskbar & the bottom part of the app's window is now hidden by the Taskbar.
It doesn't happen with a maximized window.
It happens with all programs.
It happens with active & inactive windows.
