List sorting:
- the ability to move programs in the Exclusions and Specific Settings lists up and down.
- When the programs in Specific Settings are sorted in the right panel, the list in the left panel will sort too.

Actually, the lists in left and right panels have different purposes:
list on the left depicts the
actual order
of settings as they are stored in the configuration file; also, this order may affect the
way of selecting an appropriate rule for a particular window
(you may also need to turn your attention to
this
).
list on the right is just the
visual presentation
which can be sorted by different parameters to just quickly locate the required item without affecting items' natural order.
That's why the current implementation does not allow both moving items in the right list (items there are ordered automatically) and sorting items in the left list consistently with the right list (because this may unintentionally affect the preference rank).
