I feel "Always on top" option is not enough in all cases. So, I,m requesting one more: "Do not allow overlap".
When a windows is set to always on top, it hides some part of background windows. When a window is set to "Do not allow overlap", the program will automatically shrink all the background windows behind it.

To display the login instead of the name go to your
Profile
and unmark the
Show name
check box.
