I've been using AMM for a few years, and I'm still looking for a way to have the top window on a monitor be automatically activated (given the focus) when the mouse moves to that monitor. Can AMM do this? If not, could it be added?

To me this seems like the way it should work. Deep down I automatically assume that the top window on the monitor where the mouse is should be active, and end up making unintended changes to the top window on another monitor. I've tried the Win7 option to enable auto-activation with mouse hover, but that causes more problems than it solves, by unintentionally bringing background windows forward.

Or to put it another way: I expect to have to click to bring a background window forward. I don't expect to have to click to activate the top window on the current monitor.

Am I the only one who works this way?

Thanks.

Hello J W

Unfortunately, for now there is no way to get it with AWM.

We'll consider your request.

Best regards.
