 Not sure if this is already possible or not, as I'm unable to find a setting to do so.

When I run full screen games, I'd like the option to force ANY window opened during that time to a specific monitor.  That way, I don't miss windows that open on other monitors.

Example:  I'm running a game and have an accessory monitor up.  I want to check my email and when I open Internet Explorer it opens the last default location.  I want that to be the case unless I have this game running.  At that point, I want that and all other windows to open on that 2nd monitor where I can see them.  But ONLY if that application is running.
