I ask the developers to assess the possibility of including a field for adding notes/comments on the rules created.

It would create a rule when we users get an idea of the reason/purpose for this.

Hello Rogerio,

For every exclusion and on the index tab of every setting there is a section "Description" at the bottom of the page where one can add notes about that rule/exclusion. I always use this area to write down why the rule/exclusion was created. Is this perhaps what you are asking for?
