I setup the Windows Task Manager rule 50% Transparency while inactive, to Ghost the window while inactive, and to Remove Taskbar entry on startup.

When Task Manager is first started, it is removed from the Taskbar.  If I set the Task Manager option to Hide on minimize, it does just that, but on Restore, the item is back to Taskbar.

Workaround is to select to Re-apply the Window Settings from the Window Menu.

Enhancement:
Can you also add an optional title button to Re-apply settings instead of only within the Window Menu?

Eric, we'll consider your request soon, thanks. It's possible that there's no need to add the Re-Apply title button because of the Remove From Taskbar action will be modified appropriately.

The requested feature was added in the version 4.3 of Actual Tools: see the "Add Manage Window Settings button..." checkbox in the "General Options" property sheet.
