I used to use a program called WinSize.

It allowed you to remember Explorer's View and Arrange settings you chose and it remembered whether you had the toolbar and/or statusbar on in a given window.
WinSize can also make sure that all your windows stay on screen. Works if you have your taskbar placed at the top of the screen. Kinda like Shove-It.
I'd like to add those to the wishlist.

Tim, thank you for ideas. We plan to implement some of them (Explorer-related) in a separate product devoted to the management of files and folders. As for others, we'll consider them in the near future.
