With windows 7, when you move your mouse over the window thumbnail of a window, the window is shown at the front (if the windows is not at the front yet) so you'll be able to take a quick look at the window. When you move the mouse out from the window thumbnail, the previous state of the window is restored. From my point of view, this feature is very useful, you don't to switch to that window to see its content, just a quick look and then come back to the current working window. That would be nice if AWM provides this feature for windows XP.
