One of the features that helped me get my users excited to use Windows 7 was the ability to drag and drop files from the Jumplist to the email they're editing.

1 - User finishes up a word document they're working on and clicks the save button.
2 - User opens a new email with intent of sending their coworker a copy of the file for review.
3 - User right clicks on the word document in the taskbar & drags the file from the Recent File List to the email.
4 - User clicks Send.
5 - Done!

They love this functionality as it saves significant time vs alternative methods.
Sadly, it only works on the primary taskbar because it's missing from AWM & AMM.  :(
