Can you make it an option to rules? I would like to make a program have mouse locked all time automatically by default if its in focus.

Thanks

Open any application and press the key combination to lock mouse to this window.

Now, press alt+tab, win+d or any way to alternate to any other window or desktop. Now again, back to original application, the mouse will lost the locked status. To lock again you will need to hit "ctrl + shift + l" more two times, one to disable the previous "broken" lock and one to reactivate.

Can someone confirm this problem?

I think the locked status need to be preserved to that window until user change it or close.

Hello,

Are you sure that it is reproducible with all applications? Did you try it with standard Windows applications? (Notepad, Explorer)

What system are you using?

P.S. I failed reproduce it.

I have difficulties to explain when and how it occurs, but let's try:

Add follow rule to Notepad and Paint (windows 7 x64):

Quote

Startup:

resize 1440x900 (exactly size of your screen);

Align top-left;

Remove standard window parts:

Border and title bar;
Resizable frame.

Then, open Notepad, lock the mouse by ctrl + alt + shit + l, open Paint lock the mouse too. Now alternate several times between any window opened in your system. Done, in some of this application mouse will lost locked status.

Let me know if you was able to reproduce the problem.

Code
[+] "The Lock Mouse action is available at Startup in Specific settings."

In last beta the new feature to lock mouse at startup is amazing, but need fixes I think.

A simple hit to win key remove the locked status.

Can someone confirm the problem? Or it was expected?

Version 6.3 final is out, but the problem still, at least in my test, where I tried with some games.

This feature is particularly useful to run games in window mode full screen alike.

Note that switch windows (alt + tab) does not interfere, but the "win key" (from keyboard) immediately removes the status (lock mouse from startup rule).

Someone else can test if it works on your system?

Thanks

We have tested it.

What games it happen with?

How did you accomplish that switch windows (alt+tab)does not interfere but the "win key" immediately removes the lock status? (give step-by-step instructions)

Thanks.

I'm using a old computer this week, so I tried only with Warcraft 3 game.

I found other bug with War 3 too if "Scroll inactive windows" is enabled. In game any scroll box (ie, Single Player > Custom Game > Game settings (map list box)) makes mouse disappears when you try to scroll the list. To restore mouse, will need to switch windows.
