I really like the "keep on top" function, but in some cases there are windows I want to keep on the bottom, like music players, etc. I don't want to send commands down thru other windows to them, I just want to keep them on the bottom. I don't see a way to do this, and I didnt see anything on the forums about it.

Dear cJKJohn,
You can use the
Pin to Desktop
action. Apply it via title bar menu item for a window.

Yes Tatiana, but actually the Pin to Desktop is incompatible with Windows 7/vista and aero.
If you active it, the window will turn invisible.
