This was a feature that existed when I used to use Ultramon.
Specifically, the feature would work as follows:
i) three monitors, centre monitor has no windows open, left monitor has itunes, right monitor has a web browser.
ii) change profile to disable secondary monitors, leaving only centre monitor. Itunes and web browser move to centre monitor, left and right monitor are off.
iii) change profile back to enable secondary monitors. Itunes and web browser move back to the left and right monitor, respectively.
Currently, in AMM, if you use profiles to enable and disable secondary monitors, the previous window locations are not remembered.
Is this something that could be implemented?
