Hi,

I really would like to be able to switch between specifying the "outer" size of a window to the "inner" (ClientRect) size of a window. This is pretty useful for game recording (making the game window exactly 720p without the window borders).

As a related request: When removing the window borders, please keep the ClientRect size and don't resize the window to the "outer" size. Most games set the client size to 1024x768, 800x600, 1280x1024, etc. and when removing the border, I don't want it to stretch a little bit outward. (If you keep the old behaviour, I would be happy to have an option)
