Hi,
I would like to request that there is an option to completely disable the taskbar thumbnail preview. At the moment there are already a few options like "Enable smooth transitions of the preview" and "enable preview's fade" so I don't believe this would be difficult to implement.
Cheers and thanks for making such an incredibly useful program!
Dan

Hello Dan,
Thanks for the message.
Please, read this - How to Enable or Disable Taskbar Thumbnails Preview in Windows 7 (
http://www.blogsdna.com/2056/how-to-enable-or-disable-taskbar-thumbnails-preview-in-windows-7.htm
).
Also you should turn off the "Enable window thumbnails" option (Actual Window Manager -> Actions -> Options -> Window Thumbnails) to disable these thumbnails.
Please, inform me about your results.
Best regards.

Hi Vasiliy,
Thanks for the reply. I followed the steps you suggested, but only the thumbnails on my first monitor do not show. On the second monitor they are still showing.
Any other ideas?
Cheers,
Dan.

Hello Dan,
Do you have the primary (standard) taskbar or the multi-monitor taskbar on your second monitor?
Best regards.

I have the normal Windows taskbar on my primary monitor and the Actual Window Manager taskbar on the second monitor.

Hello Dan,
Could you set the value of the "Preview show delay" option (Actual Window Manager -> Multiple Monitors -> Taskbar) to 20000?
Does it help?
Best regards.

Hi Vasily,
Yes that stops the preview from showing for 20 seconds. Much better than 1/2 second so thanks
Perhaps there could be an option in a future version to disable it completely though?
Cheers.

Hmmm... found a problem with it now. When i click on any of the windows in the secondary taskbar it activates that window, but then if you keep the mouse in the taskbar and move it to the next window on the taskbar it instantly shows the preview.

Hello Dan,
Thanks for the message.
The primary taskbar works the same way.
We'll consider this request.
Best regards.
