i use quickmacros (
http://www.quickmacros.com/
) for scripting a lot of aspects in windows. with qm i can nearly everything, its similar to autohotkeys.
for me it would be very useful to trigger process/window related tasks from custom buttons on the caption bar.
i can attach toolbars with qm too, but it would be easier to use just one solution for displaying that.
in actual tools i just would have to provide the path to qm with some parameters.
one use could be simply triggering a menu for special task which will appear near mouse.

Hello _pi,
Custom buttons will be implanted.
Now you could use the Start Program option (Actual Window Manager -> Options -> Start Program) and add the Start program title button to your windows.
Best regards.
