Hello,
first at all i have to say, that your implementation of a second taskbar is the best i have seen so far!
what i miss is the usual behavior like the MS taskbar has - when dragging a file on the tasbbar button of a window for activating it.
example: when using firefox download bar you can drag the download to another window (like - a png to photoshop). when photoshop is in background, then drag on the ps taskbar button ps will be activated for drop.
