Hi ActualTools,
I would love to modify the titlebar buttons, but they seem a little complicated. Would it be possible to add .PNG support so that transparency is retained easily?

Edit: In the title, I meant to say Glyphs/Icons and Titlebar Buttons.

Yes, but it doesn't explain about the buttons, just icons... or maybe I misread it. I tried to make fully transparent buttons (in other words, no button base, just symbol/icon/glyph), but either button turns all white or all pink.
Also, Aero buttons are rounded but these stay square.
Let's say we have optional "background_right_inactive.bmp", etc. and "background_left_inactive.bmp", etc. If such files exist, the leftmost and rightmost buttons will use these images.
So you get more native looking buttons like this:
